Accessing the VR environment necessitates an approved VR headset. Navigate to vlearning platform (https://vlearning.pmcvr.com) using the headset’s internet browser, log in to your account, and seamlessly access your designated course. Within the course page, proceed to the VR environment section, followed by clicking ‘Enter’ on the VR page. Once the VR environment has loaded blue square labelled ‘VR’ will become visible in the lower right-hand corner of the VR window. Clicking on it with your VR controller’s pointer will immerse you in the VR world.

Yes, our platform and course materials, except VR simulations, are accessible across devices including smartphones and tablets, fostering flexibility and convenience in learning. All master-classes can be accessed on mobiles, tablets and computers. In most cases we use Zoom. A stable internet connection is required.

The VR content requires internet access at the point of loading of the VR-content. Once loaded onto the headset it does no longer require internet access for that VR session until the headset is switched off, browser switched off or content is reloaded.

The compatibility of unapproved VR headsets is uncertain. We encourage an exploratory approach, where you can evaluate compatibility through accessing and interacting with the "Experience vLearning" section on our course page. Successful access and interaction indicate a very high likelihood of compatibility with our enriching VR simulations. We suggest that you used a 6d VR-headset however, 3d VR headset may also work.

A recommended VR-headset and steady and robust internet connection (at least 50Mbps) is essential as our learning content, including VR content, is web-based. You can access the content with a slower connection, but expect increased waiting times.
